This new version is of HSG's modular padded belt system is constructed with a laser-cut, proprietary 1000D Cordura laminate. This belt's slotted design allows inner belts to be woven under and over the MOLLE panels, making it compatible with both MOLLE and belt-mounted pouches and holsters. The proprietary neoprene padding creates a gel-like comfort while offering excellent grip and performance. The rear features an extra row of laser-cut MOLLE for larger pouches and additional comfort.
Our Duty line of TACOs® functions the same as the originals, but feature sleeker fronts and hidden bungee, which is woven internally. The Laser Sure-Grip Padded Belt is the newer design of the old class Sure Grip Padded Belt with Laser cut 1000D Cordura to provide the end user with a comfortable, stable and versatile belt system. The laser cutting allows the belt to be ten percent lighter than previous sure grip belts. The Neoprene padding creates a gel like comfort, which eliminates hard points and prevents gear from digging into the hips. To allow gear-specific customization, an inner belt can be woven inside or outside of the MOLLE/PALS webbing platforms to allow the use of MOLLE/PALS for pouches or the belt itself for holsters and other accessories. For added rigidity, the Laser Sure-Grip Padded Belt is assembled with an HPDE stiffener. The Laser Sure Grip Padded Belt is one of the thinnest and toughest belts on the market.

The High Speed Gear Inner Belt is a basic nylon webbing inner belt lined with hook Velcro. This is designed to mate up with the loop Velcro on the HSGI Cobra belts and belt mounted TACO's. The Inner Belt has no buckle, instead the leading edge is lined with loop for easy adjustment. Connecting the inner and outer belts with Velcro stabilizes the outer belt and reduces the need for belt keepers.
