The ReFlex™ system was developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel. The ReFlex is a two-piece system a med roll and depending on the operators system choice (a carrier, leg carrier, Hanger, or vehicle mount) that is designed to carry organized medical supplies with ambidextrous accessibility.
The system, constructed primarily with heavy-duty nylon laminate, allows rapid deployment of medical supplies. Equipped with the quick-release COBRA buckle, this belt can be donned and doffed quickly, at a moments notice. Built to the same specifications as the standard 1.75 Rigger's belt, the added Velcro-lined interior allows the wearer to use an inner belt, which keeps the belt in place and gear in the correct position.
